Agent Protect allows you, the Letting Agent, to be the insured party, providing essential cover for the contents of the rented property through your management service agreement. Our specialised product includes a range of essential cover and options, all subject to policy terms and conditions- Accidental Damage - comprehensive cover for accidental damage to contents.
- Loss of Rent - up to 100% of the contents sum insured.
- Contents Cover Limit - up to £30,000 sum insured with a £300 excess.
- Public Liability - up to £2 million in cover.
- Perils Covered - includes escape of water and/or oil, fire, lightning, earthquake, explosion damage, storm or flood damage, subsidence, and malicious damage as defined.
